Meeting and Greeting Clients
Following the specific tenant requirements regarding Visitors
Carrying out the correct signing in procedure for visitors, contractors and staff (if applicable)
Manage day to day running of the reception area
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Following the correct procedure for couriers and deliveries – specific procedures for each tenant.
Liaising with the tenants and the client
Managing the maintenance of the building ensure the building is kept to a high standard
Reporting any site issues to the correct contact
Answering the telephone and emails in a professional manner
Providing the correct information/equipment to contactors if needed.
