Kirkwood Road is a supported living rehab centre based in Nunhead SE15 for 12 people with complex mental health needs. The service model has been developed in line with the government’s choice and personalisation agenda.

We are recruiting for a Team Leader – Recovery and Resettlement to join the management team. This is an exciting career development opportunity for someone who is looking for their first management role in a mental health setting. We can provide training in Level 3 Health & Social Care and people management if you do not already have this.

With a background of working in mental health and an understanding of using the Recovery Star, our ideal candidate will have a positive “can do attitude” with a willingness to learn and develop into the role.

You will also have the personal qualities needed to build effective trusting relationships, overcome challenges, and foster aspiration and independence with our residents.

Working hours are 35 per week on rotation – early and late shifts. We employ a concierge service at night.

Confirmation of appointment is subject to obtaining an acceptable Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure Barring Service.
