Reporting to: Helpdesk Manager
Working hours: 9:00am – 17:00pm
Annual Leave: 24 days (Increasing to 25 after 1 yr. service)

Key responsibilities:
• Managing calls from customers/clients resolving any queries or questions
• Creation of jobs and inputting all necessary information into in house data systems
• Typing/issuing of quotations for Reactive and project teams
• Creating purchase orders and sending to suppliers
• Assisting with bookings for PPMs and Reactive call outs.
• Uploading budget uplift to in-house and client systems
• Creation of Q numbers for Reactive and Project teams
• Filing paperwork
