ENGIE are recruiting for a Talent Coordinator to be based in Canary Wharf, E14 5LQ. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of between £23,000 and £32,000, dependent upon skills and experience
ENGIE’s Talent Team is responsible for growing and developing our high potential employees. It works from a central point to develop a range of programmes designed to build the leaders of ENGIE’s future. The team manages our Early Careers schemes, recruiting and developing a central graduate scheme, and overseeing the company’s apprenticeship roles across the UK. The team also deliver a number of leadership programmes for existing staff, arrange mentoring and additional learning opportunities, develop career pathways and review succession plans.

Role Responsibilities:
• Supporting the campus recruitment season
• Booking campus careers fairs, organising attendees and campus collateral
• Helping to coordinate assessment centres, preparing documents and providing on the ground support during the events
• Raising contracts and initiating the onboarding process
• Providing feedback to candidates where necessary
• Answering queries from applicants
• Coordinating graduate and apprentice training sessions
• Organising room bookings, meeting invites and travel arrangements
• Setting up feedback surveys and subsequently reporting on effectiveness of training
• Managing the 3-monthly graduate review process and placement review meetings with stakeholders
• Prompting graduates to submit reviews and ensuring they are properly recorded
• Coordinating placement review meetings in advance of placements and at the end of each rotation
• Keeping placements portfolio up to date and current, tracking graduate and placement requests
• Ownership of the ENGIE Work Experience scheme
• Promoting talent team as central point of contact and an agreed process to work experience
• Maintaining associated documents and trackers, with a view to identifying high potential candidates who may be transitioned on to other schemes
• Onboarding and Induction
• Supporting graduates between the offer stage and them joining, answering queries
• Producing and sending out the monthly newsletter
• Helping to coordinate the annual Induction, booking travel and accommodation, planning sessions, organising passes, welcome packs and technology (laptops, phones, log in details)
• Coordinating various internship schemes (UK interns/international placements/ apprentices etc)
• Tracking interns and identifying talented individuals
• Identifying appropriate placements and managing review process
• Planning and delivering first day induction
• Document management and reporting
• Processing and tracking invoices and event budgets
• Keeping central documents up to date
• Providing reports and statistical analysis where necessary
• Supporting on management of UK apprenticeships
• Providing advice and guidance to the wider business
• Keeping central tracker and preferred suppliers list up to date and accurate
• Supporting the enrolment of apprentices on to new qualifications, liaising with training providers, managing the Digital Apprenticeship Service account and tracking additional payments coming back from providers

Qualifications or Required Experience:
• A genuine interest in our industry as well as a passion for growing and developing talented individuals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail required and comfortable working with large amounts of data to produce reports
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team, with excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in HR or in an apprentice/coordinator role preferred
Please note: A minimum of 2 years living in UK is required due to the security checks required for the role. You will be required to undertake a DBS Check prior to commencing the role. The offer will be subject to receiving Security Clearance (SC).
