Key Responsibilities
•Initial point of contact for visitors – professional telephone management and call screening, ensuring that calls are forwarded to the appropriate department/team member ensuring relevant messages are passed on in a timely manner
•Provide an effective, exceptional and proactive level of service
•Work closely with all Front of House staff to provide a professional service and welcome to internal and external stakeholders and visitors
•maintain a clean, tidy and organised reception area at all times
•Administrative support for reporting, database management and telephone support for the Aftercare team, liaising with residents and contractors
•Effectively manage all meeting rooms i.e. managing bookings, setting up/cleaning of rooms
•Arranging catering and hospitality
•Setting up AV requirements i.e. video conferencing, PowerPoint presentations etc.
•Booking of taxis and couriers
•Maintain catering log and processing catering invoices
•Ad-hoc administration, including mail distribution, updating spreadsheets, databases and maintaining administrative systems etc.

Skills & Qualifications
•You will have excellent experience as a welcome host or in a hospitality environment. Ideally with reception management skills
•You will be articulate and able to communicate in a written manner professionally and confidently
•You will have a strong attention to detail, never accept ordinary and have a will to make things constantly better in your surroundings
•Things will get extremely busy at times. You will have a calm demeanour and a personable approach to managing difficult conversations
•Forward thinking and able to plan your workload well
•Strong administrative IT skills using Microsoft package program
•Corporate Reception background desirable

Salary up to £25k

Benefits Package;
•Pension: BPSDC contribute 10% of base salary. No employee compulsory contribution, but employees can make additional payments if they wish.

•Long Term Incentive Plan: Bonus paid upon completion of each phase. The longer an employee has been with BPSDC, the more they are eligible to receive.
•Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary, dependent on overall Company performance as well as individual.

•Holiday: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays. 1 additional day for each full year worked, capped at 28. Half day office closures prior to the May Day and August Bank Holidays.
