The Stock Improvement Team is a vital part of our Property Services Department, providing the expertise required to continuously improve and upgrade Hexagon’s existing housing stock to improve energy efficiency. As a Project Surveyor you will take a lead role in the management and delivery of the stock improvement and major works programmes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Team. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with a wide range of people including residents, client departments, consultants and contractors. We will provide you with the opportunity to develop your career and expand your knowledge of surveying. Our ideal candidate will have:-

• Knowledge of building construction and defects
• Excellent IT skills
• Practical surveying experience (e.g. via work placement)
• Relevant professional qualification
• Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety regulations
