Do you have a passion for customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service?

As a member of our busy Customer Service Centre, providing the first point of contact for Hexagon’s customers, you will use your interpersonal skills to the full, dealing promptly and efficiently with queries on a wide range housing issues. You must have a proven background of working in a call centre, or working directly with members of the public in a similar environment, diagnosing and logging repairs, and using a large database.
