Mark had been working at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group ( RBS) for some time before taking voluntary redundancy. He was then on the search for part-time employment and was referred from the Bromley job centre to the love London working programme where he met his advisor Keisha!
Keisha helped Mark work on his CV as they both agreed it needed updating after Mark working for the same Group for 37 years. Keisha helped Mark with an application when a job came up for passenger assistant which Mark was keen to do as he had experience with kids with special needs and this was one of the requirements.
Mark demonstrated his pro-activeness by requesting more hours from another job for times he was not doing his passenger assistant role. Keisha worked with him to secure a midday supervisor role. In his spare time, Mark also works in a Bar and on call at a NatWest branch as he enjoys interacting with customers regularly.
‘ The service I received from Keisha was personal and professional also on a one to one basis, nothing being too much trouble, I would recommend Keisha to anyone’
Keisha also had this to say regarding Mark ‘ Meeting Mark has been a pleasure. He’s a very proactive, passionate and a caring individual. Whatever he puts his mind to he will do well in’.
