7 November 2016

Last week the Love London Working team along with partners attended the annual Give Us A Chance (GUAC) reception which took place at the House of Commons.

Welcomed by Peter Aldous MP and Jim McMahon MP, Love London Working were able to share with guests information about the programme and our aim to get 21,000 unemployed and economically inactive Londoners and place 6,300 into employment.

The evening also shared some warm testimonials as two of our success stories took to the stage to share their experiences, being out of work and being helped back into employment and building their confidence.

“Six months ago I never would have thought that I would be standing in front of you all. I didn’t have the confidence I had now and I have Love London Working to thank for that.” – Joanne (Love London Working Customer)
